Culinary Series: Hands-on Bread Making Session

Join DiFabio’s Artisan Baker, Jerry Sheehan, as you learn how to make his Country Sour Dough.
Each attendee will learn to scale out ingredients, mix and fold ingredients, and shape the dough! Plus, every attendee will leave with one unbaked bread to bake at home.
Tickets are $59 per guest and include a delicious charcuterie and a complimentary glass of wine.
Bread boards and aprons will be provided.
